美国芝加哥 -（2016年8月12日）- 由富力地产集团开发，美国GP建筑设计有限公司设计的广州富力盈凯广场混合开发楼与柏悦酒店进驻塔楼上部于近期盛大开业。富力盈凯广场位于珠江新城核心金融商务区，楼高296米，66层，共计174,500平方米，按照高层建筑与城市住宅委员会统计现为广州市第七高建筑，提供114,500平方米的办公和10,000平方米的零售面积。另，塔楼上部还有208间柏悦客房，由东京Super Potato担任酒店室内设计师。

CHICAGO – (August 12, 2016) –Goettsch Partners (GP) recently completed theR&F Yingkai Square mixed-use tower, featuring the Park Hyatt Guangzhouhotel, in Guangzhou, China. Developed by R&F Properties Co. and located in thenew city center of Zhujiang,the 296-meter tower totals 66 stories and 174,500 square meters and iscurrently the 7th tallest completed building in Guangzhou,according to the Council on Tall Buildings and UrbanHabitat. The building includes 114,500 square meters of office space and 10,000square meters of retail, in addition to the 208-key Park Hyatt at the top, withhotel interiors designed by Tokyo-based firm Super Potato.

“GP很高兴为富力地产集团和凯悦酒店集团提供此地标性建筑的设计，”GP总裁郑佳庆先生（AIA，LEEDAP）说，“该项目是我们完成的第十一个凯悦项目，而在过去八个月中另有三个凯悦项目竣工，此项目为我们的第一个凯悦奢侈品牌 - 柏悦酒店。”

“GP is very pleased to deliver this signature tower for R&FProperties and Hyatt,” said James Zheng, AIA, LEED AP, president of GoettschPartners. “The project is one of 11 Hyatts we have completed, including threein the last eight months, and marks our first for the luxury ParkHyatt brand.” 

富力盈凯广场为混合开发项目，是一大型总体规划中的一部分，此总体规划意在体现广州的大都市地位。富力盈凯广场的塔楼体量简单却富有标志性，塔楼形体的灵感来自于岭南竹子，以雕刻的手法塑造出不对称边角以及外墙垂直脉络。垂直脉络在建筑底部密集设置创造沉稳感，并随着建筑的升高渐减尺度并增加伸展度。在功能分布方面，柏悦酒店位于上部楼层，办公位于下部楼层，以及在地下与地铁连接。

The building is part of a larger master plan of mixed-use towers thatcollectively signify the stature of Guangzhouas a major metropolitan city. The simple yet iconic form of the tower tracesinspiration from local bamboo plants, as seen in the building’s asymmetricallycarved corners as well as the veining of vertical strips on the fa愀搀攀. Thestrips compress and stretch as they rise, starting more dense at the base toenhance the sense of gravity. The hotel occupies the building's uppermost  floors,with office space below, and subway connections below grade. 

“因项目的显著位置和多样化功能以及与地铁的直接连接，本项目迅速成为了极具影响力的地标建筑，”GP的董事和资深设计师狄安博先生（LEED AP）说，“该建筑在都市快速发展的天际线中因其独树一帜的外形轮廓展现出独特性。”

“With its tight urban site, diverse functions and direct connectionsto transit, the building has quickly made an impact,” said Paul De Santis, LEEDAP, principal and senior designer at GP. “The building establishes a unique silhouettein the rapidly evolving skyline.”

而塔楼内部的功能分区相连又自成一体，设计则顺应整体条件而来。方型塔楼体量遵循街道网络的几何刚性，有助于与相邻街块结合成整体城市空间。通过雕刻手法对多处建筑边角在不同高度进行切入处理而产生强烈的建筑语言，在眺望邻近地标建筑的同时，项目场地以对角线方向延续视角至相邻中央绿地和附近的珠江一览独特景色。

While the tower internalizes its functions into a singular expression,the design is greatly born of its context. The square tower massing respectsthe geometric rigidity of the street grid, helping to form urban rooms inconjunction with the neighboring parcel. The pinching language created bycarving out the corners highlights the unique views available at variousheights through and over neighboring structures while the diagonal extensionsof the site relate to the adjacent central green and nearby Pearl River Delta.

本项目在连接周围的城市生活的同时，亦保证了豪华酒店所需的私密性。酒店落客区和交通流线次序的排布，强调平静感，通过穿插雕塑在温暖中性环境色调中来协助项目定位。60层的无边际泳池沿建筑一边全长设置，俯瞰广州天际线全景。70层的室外屋顶花园提供一览无余的观景视角尽享城市和珠江景色，同时提供一个温馨惬意的空间供用餐和休闲放松。

The building is at once connected to the urban street life around itwhile balanced with an intimacy required for a luxury hotel experience. Thehotel drop-off and arrival sequence is choreographed to emphasize a sense ofcalm, with a warm, neutral palette punctuated by sculptures that aid in orientation.An infinity-edge pool on level 60 runs the length of one side of the building,overlooking the panoramic views of the Guangzhouskyline. A signature outdoor roof garden on level 70 offers similar sweepingviews while providing an inviting space to dine and relax.
